Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Commission Sales Associate at Texas Roofing Authority. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, offering product information, and closing sales. They will also be responsible for maintaining customer relationships and achieving sales targets. Additionally, they will need to follow up with clients, provide after-sales support, and continuously update their knowledge of the latest roofing products and services.
Compensation
Get the lead 30% profit share
Close the deal 20% profit share
Those were two years or more of experience may receive a special offer up to 80%
Are you OK with a straight commission role? You can receive a draw against future commissions—up to $4,000/month—for attending adjuster appointments.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proven experience in sales or marketing roles
- Technical knowledge in roofing or construction products is a plus
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus
